2. Build a Product Roadmap

Every product is different. You could be building a mobile app or a handset or a teleprinter. To ensure that you and the teams do not lose product focus, it is important to build an extensive product roadmap

A roadmap helps you keep a track of your product progress, communicate effectively within teams, present the growth precisely to stakeholders, and make necessary changes in the product timeline. 

3. Implementing Varied User Feedback

From B2B to B2C to B2B2C, as a Telecom Product Manager, you could be catering to a variety of product needs. To fulfill both users’ needs and generate the required revenues, a Product Manager needs to think like a CEO and innovate. 

In addition to catering to multiple user requirements, a Telecom Product Manager also needs to address the feedback and needs of different stakeholders, i.e, designing, development, marketing, and management teams.
